I founded Meridian Resilience because I kept seeing the same problem: organizations investing in resilience programs that looked credible on paper but weren't built to hold under real pressure. Plans without owners. Frameworks without operational grounding. Junior consultants delivering work that senior leaders couldn't stand behind.

My career has been built in the opposite direction. Over 25 years, I've led disaster recovery responses, built enterprise continuity programs from scratch, and guided executive teams through active crises; in financial services, healthcare, and other regulated industries where the consequences of failure are real and the regulatory bar is high.

I've responded to more than 10 major incidents; events that tested plans, exposed gaps, and demanded clear-headed leadership under pressure. That experience is what I bring to every Meridian engagement. Not a methodology. Not a template. Judgment built from doing the work.

Why Meridian

What Makes This Different

Most resilience consulting firms send a senior partner to close the deal and a junior team to do the work. At Meridian, I am the engagement. The practitioner you speak with is the practitioner who builds your program, leads your exercises, and stands behind every deliverable.

That model is not common. But it is the only model I was willing to build. Because resilience programs only work when the people building them have the experience to know what failure looks like; and the judgment to design against it.

Meridian works with a select number of clients at any given time. That is intentional. It is how I ensure that every engagement gets the attention it deserves.

What I Stand For

Principles That Guide Every Engagement

Candor Over Comfort

I tell clients what they need to hear, not what they want to hear. Honest assessments lead to better programs; and better outcomes when it matters.

Operational Grounding

Every recommendation I make is tested against operational reality. I don't deliver frameworks that can't be executed by the people who have to run them.

Senior Accountability

The principal you engage is the practitioner who does the work. No bait-and-switch. No hand-offs to junior staff. You get my experience on every engagement.

Standards-Based Practice

My work is grounded in recognized frameworks; NIST, ISO 22301, FFIEC; adapted to your specific context, risk profile, and regulatory environment.

Credentials & Certifications

Recognized Expertise Across Leading Frameworks
